OFFICIAL RULES
HOW TO REGISTER
To participate in the Green Mill Gridiron Getaway Giveaway (the "Game"), go to www.greenmill.com (the "Website") or participate using one of the in store game terminals and follow the instructions to register. An individual may create no more than one entry. Any entry that fails to provide all required information will be disqualified. No group entries. The deadline to register and complete your entries is the scheduled start time of each NFL Football Game. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the Website's Service Agreement and Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and to the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final with regard to all Contest matters.
GAMBLING PROHIBITION
THIS CONTEST HAS BEEN DEVISED AS A NON-GAMBLING PROMOTION, and is intended solely for entertainment purposes.
ELIGIBILITY
At the time you register, you must be 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is greater, and a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia. Subject to all laws, and void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and wherever prohibited by law. Directors, officers, and employees of Sponsor, BMA Enterprises, Inc., their distributors, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensed retailers, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and others involved in the creation, production or execution of the Contest and members of their immediate families, (parents, siblings and children of their spouses) or any person residing in their households (whether or not related) are not eligible to win.
HOW TO PLAY / DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
The Game is a skill contest (the "Contest") that requires each participant to select winning teams for each of the REGULAR SEASON NFL Football games for that week. Participants select their picks prior to the scheduled start time of each NFL game. Points are awarded based upon correctly selecting the winning team for each match up. If the correct team is selected, the number of points scored by that team is awarded to the participant. If the correct team is not selected, no points are awarded to the participant. At the conclusion of all games for the week, the total points awarded for each game will be totaled for each participant. The participant with the highest total points for the week will be determined the weekly winner. The participant with the second highest point total will be determined the second place winner for that week and the participant with the third highest point total for the week will be determined the third place winner for that week. Entries that are incomplete will be considered "losing selections" for those games that are not selected and thus no points will be awarded for those games for that participant. In the event of a tie for the total number of points for a week, the entry with the highest number of wins for the week will win the tie-breaker. If a tie still exists, the entry of the "Total Number of Points Scored in the Last Scheduled Game of the Week" will be used as the tie-breaker. (Each week ends on Tuesday.) The participant with the most points whose tie-breaker entry is closest to the total points scored on the Last Scheduled Game of the Week without going over will be determined the winner. In the event a tie still exists, a coin toss will be used to determine the winner until all tie-breakers have been determined. All entries will be ranked both Green Mill system-wide and on a per Green Mill location basis. Each individual location will have one 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner within their own location. Weekly prize amounts will depend upon whether you have provided the Weekly Click Your Pick Code. Prizes without the Weekly Click Your Pick Code: 1st place = $15 gift card; 2nd place = $10 gift card; Third place = $5 gift card. Prizes with the Weekly Click Your Pick Code: 1st place = $30 gift card; 2nd place = $20 gift card; Third place = $10 gift card. This will be determined by tallying the total points of all contestants within that restaurant through the last game completed for that week. The points will also be tallied system-wide throughout the regular season. The (3) regular season system-wide point total winners will be the Grand Prize winner and runners up respectively.
The person submitting an online entry must be the authorized account holder of the email address provided with the entry. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.
Sponsor nor Contest Administrator are responsible for late, lost, incomplete, damaged, garbled, misplaced or misdirected entries or Contest information provided by participants.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering the Contest, participants agree to Sponsor's use of their personal information as described in its Privacy Policy, located at the Website.
Any promotion materials including, without limitation, the offer or these Official Rules, which contain production, printing or typographical errors are void, and Sponsor's liability, if any, is limited to the replacement of such materials. Recipients of such materials release Sponsor, Contest Administrator, their parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from all losses, claims or damages that may be attributable thereto. Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules.
Sponsor nor Contest Administrator assumes responsibility for any computer, software, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur, for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or any technical, human or other error which may occur in the processing of submissions or administration of the Contest, for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Sponsor nor Contest Administrator are responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest, for theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; problems downloading entries from the website; or for any errors or other problems related to website entries or contest administration.
If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable or running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part and randomly select winners from among all eligible entries legitimately received prior to the cancellation, termination or modification. Notice of any cancellation, termination or modification will be posted on the Website.
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any entrant from using the Website or participating in the Contest, and refuse to award points or prizes if entrant engages in any conduct Sponsor deems to be improper, unfair, detrimental, unsportsmanlike, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Website, Contest or other entrants. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to falsifying personal information required during registration, entry, or prize claim, supplying any information designed to circumvent any provision of these Official Rules, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating points or prizes through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating points or prizes, or trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs on the Website. Entrants agree to return any prize that they have won as a result of such conduct.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER LEGAL RECOURSE FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entry data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final in all respects; to release and hold Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, Contest Administrator and their respective directors, agents and employees harmless from all liability, loss, personal injury or death, or damage to reputation or of any kind attributable in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to their participation in the sweepstakes or their acceptance and/or use of a prize or travel to or from or participation in any prize-related activity; and if a winner, to Sponsor's unrestricted use in all media of winner's name, voice, likeness and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, or right of review or approval.
PRIZES
One Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize is a Trip for Two to Las Vegas. Maximum Retail Value not to exceed $ 1000.00, which includes airfare and hotel. One Second Place Prize will be awarded. Second Place Prize is a Green Mill Getaway. The winner will choose any Green Mill location with a hotel affiliate and a weekend stay will be provided at that location along with Green Mill meals (transportation not included). One Third Place Prize will be awarded. Third Place Prize is a Green Mill Getaway. The winner will choose any Green Mill location with a hotel affiliate and a weekend stay will be provided at that location along with Green Mill meals (transportation not included). Each individual location winner will receive a gift certificate from that location. The amount depends on the placement in the store's ranking as well as whether the winner entered the weekly Click Your Pick Code. The weekly 1st place winner at each location will receive a $15 gift certificate without a Click Your Pick Code or a $30 gift certificate with a Click Your Pick Code. The weekly 2nd place winner at each location will receive a $10 gift certificate without a Click Your Pick Code or a $20 gift certificate with a Click Your Pick Code. The weekly 3rd place winner at each location will receive a $5 gift certificate without a Click Your Pick Code or a $10 gift certificate with a Click Your Pick Code. Green Mill gift certificates are redeemable at any Green Mill Restaurant location. Taxes on prize and all expenses not specified related to acceptance and use of prize are winner's responsibility. Winner's may receive an IRS 1099 form regarding the value of their prize. No prize transfers or cash or other substitutions, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize, in whole or in part, for one of comparable or greater value in the event advertised prize (or any component thereof) is unavailable. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties about the prizes.
Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity (where not prohibited) and Liability Release within ten working days of prize notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may result.
Winners grant Sponsor the unrestricted right to use their name, likeness, state of residence and prize information for promotional and publicity purposes without limitation, further compensation or right of review or approval unless prohibited by law.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW. Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then effective, and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by participant with regard to this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees, punitive, incidental, consequential or other damages. All issues and question concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor and/or Sponsor's agencies in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Alexandria, Virginia.

A list of winners will be posted on the Website between January, 2009 and March, 2009.
